Tasting Notes |
The fork, knife and spoon on the label reminds us this is table wine, and sets expectations. Expectations were met. It smells of Melborne on a rainy day. It tastes of Bondi Beach in Sydney when a rogue wave crushes your face into the sand. But it’s palatable, decent, everyday wine for the masses — mission accomplished for this collective. |

Feel |
I saw a rippling mirage hiding distant figures in a stark desert. There was a lingering taste remindful of homesickness. Having recently returned from Tasmania, my thoughts turned to exiles from England and Ireland. But you have to drink the whole bottle to feel this way about Savor Collective. |
